The Black Annex is a hacker hang-out. It started out all 'black hats,' but then a few freelancers started hanging, then a couple corp-sec techie guys, then everyone just kept keeping score and anyone good enough with a keyboard and an infochip was allowed, so long as they kept the peace. Anyways, we're after the alley behind it, not the Annex itself. It's the usual run-down back alley, really. Dumpster, garbage, unsavory puddles, that sort of thing.
